So I guess I should link to what I've been working on lately.

Theres the metal song, more or less finished. I got really burnt out on it, and kinda rushed it to completion. So there's no bass line, and the end is pretty lame, but whatever.
But, I just started working on this.

I've only worked on it for about an hour or two, so I feel it's coming along quite nicely.
Thats about it.

Fucking Metal
http://media.putfile.com/FUCKINGMETALinprogress3
So I'm working on this song. Obviously it's far from done, this is the result of about 4 or 5 total hours of work. I expect to have it done by the end of next week.
Everything was done by me, including drums (which I assembled in FL studio)
I really dig the solo. I love how it's so laidback but still fits over everything perfectly.

Backing tracks are fun
And so is mindlessly soloing over them.
I got the backtrack from www.jamcenter.com
I've done a video of me playing over the same backing track before (probably about half a year ago), but decided to go at it again.
This is just a small segment from about 5 or 6 minutes of footage I took. It was pretty much the most interesting part, so I just cut the rest out.
If you hadn't noticed with my last video (I am not buckethead), the audio was much clearer. This is because I recorded using the Pod XT Live, straight into my PC via USB. I then muted the audio from my camera, and synced the direct version with the video.
I do that with this video too, and will probably do it with any other video I post from here on. It's a little tedious syncing up the video with the higher quality audio, but the end result is worth it.

What is a man?
A miserable pile of... Blogging?
This is just going to be for music stuff. Sort of like... Videos of me failing at guitar, but in a way that it will be an archive of my improvement.
Stay Alpha.
